Effective 7 September 2026 · Version 1.0
Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of micromack.com. They are not the terms of sale for a machine - those come with your quotation, and the warranty is set out on the main site. This page exists so that what the website itself promises is unambiguous.
1. Who publishes this site
micromack.com is published by MicroMachines Colombia SAS, a company registered in Colombia, which sells, supports and warrants the machines. MicroMack is its brand. Contact: hello@micromack.com.
How we handle your information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
2. Using the site
You may read this site, use the configurator, and send us an enquiry. In return, please do not attempt to break it, scrape it at volume, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any machine, edition or attachment shown, without notice.
3. Prices and specifications
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is stated plainly.
- The figures on this site are an indicative direct-factory cost basis. They are not a delivered retail price.
- Delivered retail through an authorised regional dealer includes duty, VAT or local sales tax, freight and last-mile delivery, and varies by market. What you actually pay will differ, sometimes substantially.
- Currency conversions shown are indicative, are refreshed periodically from a third-party rate source, and are not a quoted rate. USD is the reference currency.
- Specifications, weights, capacities and attachment compatibility are given in good faith and may change as machines are revised. Where a specification matters to your decision, confirm it in writing in your quotation before you order.
- Lead times shown are estimates. Manufacturing, shipping and customs clearance are all outside our direct control.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A price becomes binding only when it is written into a quotation issued to you and you accept it.
4. Build enquiries
Configuring a machine and submitting it sends us an enquiry. That is all it does. It creates no contract, reserves no stock, takes no payment and commits you to nothing. We aim to reply with a quotation or a straight answer about availability.
Depending on where you are, your enquiry will usually be passed to the authorised dealer for your territory, because they are the ones who deliver, commission and support the machine. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared and why.
5. Where the terms of sale actually live
The warranty that ships with each machine, what it covers, what it excludes, and the paid extension, is set out in full on the main site. Claims are handled through your regional dealer.
One point from the site is worth repeating here, because people are caught by it: these are custom-built machines. A machine is configured and built to the specification you approve. Changing your mind after that is not, by itself, a reason for return. Faults, damage in transit and anything the warranty covers are a different matter entirely and are handled as the warranty provides. Where consumer law in your country gives you rights beyond this, those rights are not affected by anything written here.
6. Intellectual property
The MicroMack name, logo, site design, photography, copy and the configurator are owned by MicroMachines Colombia SAS or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and dealers and press may use the material we supply for that purpose. You may not republish the site's content as your own, or use the branding to imply a dealership, endorsement or affiliation you do not have.
7. Edition names
Certain edition names used on this site - including "Cyberpunk", "Scorpion" and "Gold Digga" - are MicroMack's own names for its own finishes. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other company, product, film or video game. Any resemblance to another brand is not a claim of association.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or from reliance on an indicative price or specification published on it, as opposed to one confirmed in your quotation.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Construction machinery is dangerous when misused. Operator training, site safety, and compliance with the rules where you work are the responsibility of the owner and operator.
9. Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Colombia, and the courts of Colombia have jurisdiction over disputes about this website. If you deal with an authorised dealer in your own country, the sale itself may be governed by the law of that country - the dealer's documents will say so. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
